Jesse is a certified performance and executive coach through the Sherpa Coaching Institute. He has held numerous Talent Development and Management leadership roles and has more than 25 years of industry experience in the Utility, Consulting, Commercial Real Estate, Telecommunications and Home Building sectors. Jesse started his professional career at the age of 18 in the United States Army. 

Jesse holds a Bachelors Degree in Business and HR Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Masters Degree in International Relations from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. He lives in Plano, Texas with his wife and two son’s.
